Brand settings
Brand settings is where you manage a brand as a whole: its name, its description, its identifiers, the health of its ruleset, and its removal. It sits under Workspace in the brand sidebar. These settings apply to the brand you currently have selected, so confirm the active brand in the switcher first.
Details
The brand name is what appears throughout the dashboard and in the Agent panel, so renaming keeps both in sync. Renaming does not change the brand's rules, styles, or how connected tools reach it.
The description is a short brief for agents: what the product is, who it is for, and how it should look and feel. It is not decoration. Agents read it alongside the rules, so it frames how they apply them, and it is the first thing get_brand_brief returns when a session starts.
The brand slug and identifier were set when the brand was created and are permanent, so every link to the brand keeps working. Each has a copy button for when a tool or teammate asks for it.
Logo
Settings does not hold the logo itself. Manage logo takes you to Brand assets, where the mark and the rules for using it sit together.
Health
Health says whether every token resolves and the ruleset holds together. An agent gets no value for a token that does not resolve. It shows three facts:
- Status, the overall reading.
- Token slots, how many resolve to a value out of the total.
- Rules, how many are authored in this brand.
When something is wrong, a list of the issues appears under them.
Rules breakdown
Rules breakdown takes the same rules Health counts and splits them two ways: By kind, the kind of node each rule sits on, and By guidance, how firmly each rule is put.
Where the design system settings went
The brand's configuration for the component library your AI tools build with is no longer edited here. It is now the shadcn style, edited from the Foundation card at the bottom of the Styles page, where a change to it writes brand tokens through the same preview-and-apply path an import takes. The icon library is on Iconography.
Activity and Version history
For what has changed on the brand and who changed it, use Activity. To recover a deleted item, use Trash. To go back to an earlier state of the whole brand, use Version history. None of these live in Settings; they are their own pages under Workspace.
Delete a brand
When a brand is no longer needed, Delete in the Danger zone at the bottom of Settings removes it. Nothing is destroyed: the brand moves to trash, along with its projects, and Restore brings it back any time from the organization overview. Each project is restorable on its own.
Deleting a brand stops serving it to every connected tool: nothing in it is served while it sits in trash. Check that no tool you rely on is reading from one of its projects first.
